As an official example, Harmonized LLQP exam admin guides state that each exam module is 75 minutes, and the Ethics & Professional Practice (Civil Code) module contains 25 questions (scored out of 20 points, with 5 pilot/unscored questions). A passing mark of 60% or higher is commonly required.
