Is the CSI LLQP Insurance Course exam the same as the provincial licensing exam?

No. The CSI LLQP Insurance Course exam/credits page describes CSI’s course assessments (for example, a 100‑question / 3‑hour proctored exam). Provincial licensing exams are typically separate modular exams administered under your regulator’s rules by an approved exam provider.

How many questions and how long is the Civil Code Ethics licensing exam?

It depends on province/exam provider. As an official example, Harmonized LLQP exam admin guides state that each exam module is 75 minutes, and the Ethics & Professional Practice (Civil Code) module contains 25 questions (scored out of 20 points, with 5 pilot/unscored questions).
